1. We discussed various small budgets and reviewed increases in health insurance.

2. We discussed capital budgets including the truck for the Highway Department. We approved the $73,000 for the purchase of the truck.

3. We added $10,000 to the Town Hall Maintenance (Government Building) Fund.

4. We approved capital reserve funds toward the Ambulance purchase and the Police Cruiser Fund.

5. We discussed possible request for additional funds for cemetery mapping purposes.

6. The committee adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
