1. The committee reviewed and discussed the Wilton Main Street Association request for funding. Concerns were raised about what plans the WMSA had for protecting merchants when the renovations to Main Street are undertaken. We will contact them to find out what they plan.

2. We reviewed and approved budgets for Town Office, Town Officer Salaries, Legal Expenses, Planning Board, Unemployment, Government Buildings, Police Station maintenance, Hydrant rental, Street Lighting, Water Department, Health Officer, Animal Control Budget, Memorial Day, Wilton-Lyndeborough Youth Center, and the Contingency Fund.

3. The committee adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
