Present: Dawn Tuomola, Joyce Fisk, Joe Torre, Don Davidson, Betsy Castro, Cary Hughes, Mark Whitehill, Richard Rockwood (selectman), Dan Donovan (selectman) and Bill Condra (selectman)

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the financial position of the town in light of the economy. There is going to be a short fall in State Aid and we are not going to know the exact amount until December. Because of these factors the letter going to the Department Heads will be asking for some real belt tightening. Cary is drafting the letter and copies will be distributed to both the Budget Committee and the Board of Selectmen for review before being sent to the Department Heads.
