Present: Joyce Fisk, Dawn Tuomala, Cary Hughes, Mark Whitehill, Richard Rockwood, Joe Torre, Betsy Castro and Don Davidson

Water Department – Charlie McGettigen and Jim Tuttle presented a budget of $299,400. There was extensive discussion on various items in the budget. The dam at the old reservoir was also discussed. The budget committee will decide in January after some questions are answered by the Selectmen and the Water Department whether or not to support or fund any warrant article for an engineering review of the dam.  There was also discussion as to whether the present level of income would be able to continue to fund the expenses and future projects of the Department. The board was assured that this was being looked at by the commissioners.

Sewer Department – Budget presented was the same as last year $203,760

Town Office – Budget presented $278,018

There was a question raised by Joe Torre about the uniforms for the Ambulance service. There will be further discussion at a later meeting.
