The minutes of February 6th, 2007 were accepted.

Doreece has been in contact with HMIS in Nashua about the cemetery software currently on Jim’s computer.  The town purchased this software years ago.  There is a computer in the town office that could be used for this information so now we are in the process of finding out how to get the software on the town computer and leave a remote copy on Jim’s computer.

Maureen and Doreece need clarification about Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Maureen has agreed to draft a letter, to be approved by the trustees, to the Diocese.
To be addressed: what kind of records are maintained, what is their understanding of working with the town, how are perpetual care costs figured out and paid for?
Maureen has begun locating information about the Right to Inter verbiage so we can update the wording of our deeds per the Rules and Regulations that were adopted on October 30, 2006.
