Present: All Trustees and Charlie McGettigan

The minutes of March 20th, 2007 were accepted.

Congratulations to Maureen on her re-election.  All trustees agreed to continue with their offices.

Charlie stated that he is willing to help the cemetery trustees in any way that he can.

Jim has met with Rev. Father Welsh of the Sacred Heart Parish.  Jim will give him a list of questions that we have concerning Mt. Calvary cemetery.  They will have more time to talk after Easter.

We looked at work Maureen has done on a “Right to Inter” for Laurel Hill Cemetery, as an example of what is needed for all the town-managed cemeteries.  Suggestions and changes were made and Maureen will incorporate these into the document for our review at our next meeting.

Looking at our meeting schedule, we will try to meet on the first and third Mondays of each month.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, April 16, 2007 at the Town Office at 7 PM.
