The minutes of May 21, 2007 were accepted.

We accepted the Right to Inter document to be used for transactions of cemetery lots, in Laurel Hill, South Yard, and Vale End Cemeteries.  Maureen will forward an electronic copy to Jim and Doreece.

Permission was given to the Paranormal Investigators Inc, that on the evening of June 8th, a study could be conducted at the Vale End Cemetery.  The results of their findings were submitted to the trustees via written report and CD on June 14th.

We were contacted by Paul Swanson, on his recent visit from Colorado, as to the location of his parents and a missing corner stone at the Laurel Hill Cemetery.  Jim will investigate the missing stone and when the results are known, Doreece will send a letter to Mr. Swanson.

Doreece sent an email to HMIS regarding the transition of the cemetery program from Jim’s computer to a town computer.  Jim will follow up with a phone call to HMIS.

A meeting should be scheduled with the Selectmen regarding selling back cemetery lots to an owner for the price originally paid.

Clarified the price for opening a lot for full burial is $250.00 and for an urn burial is $75.00.

The next work of the Cemetery Trustees will focus on Mount Calvary Cemetery.

The next meeting will be Monday, July 16th, 2007 at the Town Hall Office at 7 PM.
