The minutes of June 18, 2007 were accepted.

A slight change was added to the Right to Inter.  A reference to RSA 289:18 (Forfeiture Procedures) was added to this and to the Rules and Regulations.  These will be added to the website.

The results of the Paranormal Investigators Inc. findings from the evening of June18th at the Vale End Cemetery will be with the minutes in the town office.

Doreece will again try contacting Karen Cagney of HMIS concerning moving the cemetery software presently on Jim’s computer to a computer at the town office.  Great progress has been made on the mapping.  Laurel Hill and Vale End are being updated and South Yard is about to be finished.

Last year Agro Care Ltd. of Bernardston, MA said they would come back to the cemeteries in a year to retest the soils and give advice on the next steps.  Jim will contact them to see about returning at the end of Aug. or the beginning of Sept.

The Wilton Heritage Commission has been doing an inventory of broken headstones.  They will identify these and take pictures.  We will add $1000 to our 2008 budget for the repair of stones.  Medlyn’s can use an epoxy and fix 11 to 12 a year for that amount.

Jim has not had a meeting with Rev. Father Welsh of the Sacred Heart Parrish concerning Mount Calvary Cemetery.   He will try to speak with him this week.

The next meeting will be Monday, Aug. 13th, 2007 at the Town Hall Office at 7 PM.
