Present:  Trustees Doreece Miller and Maureen Donovan

The Trustees approved the minutes of October 20, 2009.

• Discussion Items
1. Doreece heard from John Sullivan, attorney for the Diocese of Manchester, regarding the bill sent by the town for care of Mt Calvary Cemetery. Attorney Sullivan indicated that the check and updated deeds have been mailed.

2. The Trustees approved two bills submitted by Dawn Tuomala for updated plans for Laurel Hill and Vale End.

3. After a brief discussion, the Trustees agreed that the public hours for town cemeteries will be from 7:00 am to dusk daily. The Trustees will advise the police of the new hours and request that they provide periodic review of the cemeteries after hours. Signs will be posted at all town cemeteries.

4. Gilbert Hargrove submitted a request for information to the Trustees.   The Trustees will request the Custodian of the Cemeteries respond to Mr. Hargrove.
