The Trustees approved the minutes of March 24, 2010

* Discussion Items

1. Discussion on whether to meet on the first and third Wednesday of each month. This has been approved.

2. Doreece was asked by Carl Michaud, the funeral director of Nelson-Michaud Funeral Home in Wilton, about an area in Laurel Hill for a burial of a number of urns that are in his possession. We will take a look at the next meeting to find an area for this request.

3. Meet at Laurel Hill Cemetery on April 21, 2010 @ 7:00 p.m.

4. Received a check from the Diocese of Manchester for maintenance of 2008 and 2009. With this payment, the Mount Calvary Cemetery will remain as a Town maintained cemetery.

5. Trees that could cause damage at the Laurel Hill Cemetery were cut and sold with the proceeds being given back to the Towns general trust fund.

6. Doreece submitted a bill for laminating material for the rules and regulations and hours to be posted at each cemetery. Brief discussion about the use of the laminating material and it was decided that she should be reimbursed for these costs.

7. Trustees went over List of Rules and Regulations to update changes which will be revised and forthcoming.

8. Received a request for a Sunday burial in June.  The trustees agreed to this exception.
