Present:  Trustees Doreece Miller, Brian Adams and Dave Boissonnault

The Trustees approved the minutes of May 5, 2010

1. Cemetery Trustees met at the Vale End Cemetery.
    a.  Looked at the headstones that were repaired by Medlyn Monument.
    b. Discussed setting money aside for benchmarks for budget of next year for Vale End.
    c. Discussed pump house door replacement and making improvements to get the pump house level.
    d. Look into getting price of tree cutting for future budget concerns.

2. Received PSNH bill for reconnection fee at Vale End. Cemetery Trustees have approved the payment of this bill.

3. Letter of Thank You for the cemetery crew was drafted and accepted. Brian will deliver to the cemetery crew.

4. Looked over old maps of Vale End. Found an 1840 map with names and information to be later transcribed to a newer Vale End map.
 

Next meeting June 2, 2010 @ 7 pm.
