The Trustees approved the minutes of May 19, 2010

* Discussion Items

1. Approved bill from Intervale Machine for $85.94 for trim line, oil and Plexiglas (for rules posted @ cemeteries).  Brian has placed the new rules and hours of operation at cemeteries.

2. Doreece will check with Peggy Arn to find out if burials should be charged out to part-time labor.

3. Went over the right to sell plots and the right to inter.

4. Cemetery Trustees had questions on putting names on vaults to assist in verification. Will be contacting Carl Michaud on price to do so.

5. Brief discussion on one of the X-Mark mowers. The motor blew up and the cost to repair is approximately $500. Will discuss at the next meeting or when the bill for repair is submitted.
 
 

Next meeting June 16, 2010 @ Mt. Calvary cemetery -  7 pm.
