Present:  Trustees Doreece Miller, Brian Adams and Dave Boissonnault

The Trustees approved the minutes of June 2, 2010.

* Discussion Items

Meeting was cancelled for June 16, 2010 due to the rain.

1. Brief discussion with John Hutchinson and Charlie McGettigan on how monies get transferred to the trust fund to cover the cost of perpetual care.

2. June 19, 2010 we had a clean-up of the debris that was tossed over the bankings in Mt. Calvary cemetery. In attendance were Charlie McGettigan, Doreece Miller, Brian Adams and Dave Boissonnault. Trustees would like to thank Charlie McGettigan for his time and Brian Adams for the use of his truck.

3. Doreece checked with Carl Michaud about names on vaults. He states “that this can be done”.

4. Cemetery trustees after a brief discussion voted that anyone that is interred will have a name put on the vault. This will be done by the funeral director in coordination with the vault company overseen by Brian Adams. The name plate will be placed at the head of the vault.

5. Bill from Intervale Machine Company for $36.57 for trimmer line and 2 qt of ATF oil was approved by trustees for payment.

6. Trustees will work to revise the Rules & Regulations on the sale of lots for family members.

7. Will talk more on the possibility of single lot sales and smaller lot sales for cremations.
