Went over questions from Carol Roberts about how to get a warrant article on the books.

The article was in regards to

VOTE: Jerry Greene made a motion to go into executive session to discuss Granite State Concrete’s decision.  Mark Whitehill seconded the motion.  Motion passed unanimously.
