NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD will meet on Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Courtroom. The following new applications will appear on this month's agenda:

PINE HILL WALDORF SCHOOL – Site Plan Review of Lot F-99 Abbot Hill Road in the Residential & Agricultural District.  The applicant proposes a subdivision to create a lot for the Center of Anthroposophy who will lease the land.

PINE HILL and the CENTER for ANTHROPOSOPHY – Site Plan Review of Lot F-99-2 (not created yet) on Abbot Hill Road in the Residential & Agricultural District.  The applicant proposes the construction of a 4,000-sq. foot administrative and teaching training facility and proposed future 10 plus room dorm.

DRAPER ENERGY CO., INC. – Lot line adjustment from lots F-170 & F-171 on Route 101 and Isaac Frye Highway in the Industrial, Aquifer and Flood Plain Districts.

DAVID & WILSON SULLIVAN and SULLIVAN REAL ESTATE TRUST – Lot line adjustment from Lots D-140-1 and  D-140-2 on Burns Hill Road in the Residential & Agricultural and Aquifer Districts.
