CHARLES and MARY ANN HAMLIN – Site Plan Review of lot H-114 Abbot Hill Road in the Residential/Agricultural and Wetlands Districts.  The applicant proposes a subdivision that will create two new home lots with an existing home.

TALISMAN PROPERTIES, LLC and MANCHESTER-NASHUA CELLULAR TELEPHONE – Site Plan Review of lots F-12-2 through F-12-6 at the junction of Rt. 31 and Rt. 101 in the Industrial District.  The applicant proposes a lot consolidation of lots F-12-2, 12-3, 12-5 and 12-6 and approval of lot F-12-4 with no Class V road frontage.
