PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO LAND USE REGULATIONS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with NH RSA 675:7, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing Wednesday December 21, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Courtroom) to consider the following new Regulations for the Town of Wilton. A copy of the complete text is available for review by the public at the Town Clerk’s office, in the Town Hall, during normal business hours. A summary of the proposed amendments is as follows:

Add Section G: Driveway Entrance Regulation of the Wilton Land Use Laws and Regulations

To ADOPT a driveway regulation that provides specifications for the placement and construction of the entrance portion of private driveways, for the purpose ensuring the orderly and safe installation of driveways, following accepted access management guidelines.

Watershed Plan and Public Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD will meet on Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at 7:00pm in the Town Hall Courtroom to discuss the Watershed Plan proposed by Nashua Regional Planning Commission.

The following new applications will appear on this month’s agenda which will start at 7:30pm.
HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH – A site plan review on lot J-38 in the Residential District on Maple Street. The applicant proposes a change of use to apartments and garage space.
