Ms. Tuomala had concerns regarding the Quinn cluster subdivision and a
60 ft. average distance for driveways.
It was discussed that a non-issue as a cluster site plan would dictate
driveway locations.

The Garabrants are not sell the house at this time and will
continue to work on it.
The Board will ask the Building Inspector Bill Condra for an
update on the situation as to whether there is a CO/building permit.

-Have not reviewed letter from the fire dept.
-Water Dept. states that water will work but will not be able to
install it until the spring, which could hamper occupancy of all four units.
-Sewer needs to have four separate connectors as well as prior to

-All units will be market rate units and not be a church function
-Need to have correct dimensions for floor plot
-No exterior lighting is shown.
All lighting needs to meet the lighting regualtions. Will need a note on the plan stating
compliance.
