NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD will meet on Wednesday, May 18, 2005 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Courtroom. The following new applications will appear on this month's agenda:
Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC – Modification of site plan review for Lot G-24 on Kimball Hill Road and King Brook Road in the Industrial District. The previously approved cell tower is under new ownership. The applicant is requesting minor changes such as modification to the equipment shed.
Thomas and James Quinn – Revised Reclamation Site Plan Review for Lots C-99-1 and C-99-2 on Wilton Center Road and Rt. 101 the Aquifer, Wetlands and Residential & Agricultural Districts. The applicant also proposes a three-lot subdivision on this parcel.
Quinn Brothers and Michael Davidson – Site Plan Review for concerns of non-compliance issues and the Spill Prevention Plan on their excavation operation on lots E-22, E-29, E-30, E-31 and E-32 off Rt. 31.
Home Health Care Hospice and Community Care Services –Site Plan Review for Lot J-44 located at 73 Main Street in the Commercial District. The office plans to relocate to this building to perform administrative functions for the business.
