NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD will meet on Thursday, April 14, 2005 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Courtroom to conduct a work session.

Topics to be discussed are:

The Board will discuss and deliberate the pending lawsuit from Granite State Concrete as well as consult with town counsel.

The Board will also discuss grave pit compliance issues in general and with Mr. Tom Quinn.

Convenience 101 will be present to discuss the status of the store on Rt. 101 and wetlands restoration.

Other business to be discussed.
