NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD will meet on Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Courtroom. The following new applications will appear on this month's agenda:

Catherine Bean – Beanies Country Store, LLC – Site Plan Review for change of use for Lot J-54 on Main Street in the Commercial District.  The applicant proposes to open a deli with a seating area.

Tom Quinn – Site Plan Review for Lots C-99-1 and C-99-2 on Wilton Center Road and Rt. 101 the Aquifer, Wetlands and Residential & Agricultural Districts.  The applicant proposes a three-lot subdivision and to consolidate the lots.

Mike and Linda Maki, Janet Merrill and Gayle Rochford – Site Plan Review for Lot F-162 on Isaac Frye Highway in the Commercial and Aquifer Districts.  The applicant proposes a 50 x 36-foot addition to existing building and increase parking to 18 cars.
