Members present: Chairperson Matt Fish, Alec MacMartin, Co-Chairman Brian Sullivan, Andrew Fairbank, Selectmen’s Rep. Dan Donovan, NRPC Rep. Steve Wagner and Attorney Silas Little.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss proposed zoning amendments.
Richard Cullen stated he received the wrong zoning amendment proposals that he requested to be faxed from town hall. David Glines also expressed concern they were not posted.
The secretary informed the attendees and the Board that the minutes were available upon request via electronic files in the selectmen’s office or from the secretary. Normally a call to the office regarding minutes would be forwarded to the secretary but in this case it was not.
Attorney Little felt they were properly available if the selectmen’s office has a copy.
