The Wilton Planning Board will meet on January 18, 2006 at Wilton Town Hall to hear the following new cases.

New Spartan Properties, LLC –Site plan review for lots F-122, F-121-3 and M-59 on Abbot Hill Road, Abbot Hill Acres and Proctor Road.  The applicant proposes a cluster subdivision of 26.19 acres in the Residential and Agricultural District.
