NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD will meet on Wednesday, July 19, 2006 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Courtroom. The following new applications will appear on this month's agenda:

Jerry Walter Greene Revocable Trust and New Spartan Properties, LLC

Site plan review for a lot line adjustment between lots B-102 and B-104 on NH Route 31 (North) in the Industrial, Aquifer and Flood Plain Districts.

Priscilla J. Bergeron – Site plan review for a subdivision on Lot C-34 on Marden Road in the Residential & Agricultural and Wetlands Districts. The applicant proposes two lots from a 25-acre lot, one being an alternative lot having 50 feet of road frontage.

Copies of the plans and applications are on file at the Wilton Town Office.
