NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD will meet on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Courtroom. The following new applications will appear on this month's agenda:

Town of Wilton, the Charles McGettigan Rev Trust, and Jane K Farrell - Lot line adjustment for H-056, F-097, F-096 on Isaac Frye Highway in the Residential/Agriculture District to facilitate the layout of the proposed realignment of Isaac Frye Highway right-of-way to improve safety.

Richard E. Schwab and Rebecca L Schwab – Subdivision plan of land for Lot F-149-01 on Rideout Road, Dwight Road and Captain Clark Highway in the Residential/Agriculture District to subdivide said lot into two single-family residential lots.

Richard Griffin –Review for change of use for Lot F-033 on 28 Park Street. The applicant is proposing to convert a single family home to a two-family home. The property is in the Residential District.

Copies of the plans and applications are on file at the Wilton Town Office.
