NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD will meet on Wednesday, May 17, 2006 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Courtroom. The following new applications will appear on this month's agenda:

 

William Jordan & Linda Bravo and Keith Frolkey - Review of lot line adjustment for Lots J-84 and J-85 on Pleasant Street in the Residential District.  The applicant proposes change of use from a convenience store to an extension of the abutting business, House by the Side of the Road.

 

West Views Farms, LLC - Site plan review for a proposed 13-lot cluster subdivision and a five-lot conventional subdivision on lots B-20, B-70 and B-70-1 along Dale Street, Pead Hill and Center Road in Lyndeborough.  Plus a proposed lot line adjustment with lot B-25.  The lots are in the Residential District.

 

John E. Kukulka, Jr. - Site plan review for a two-lot subdivision on lot F-30 on Intervale Road in the Residential, Commercial and Aquifer Districts.

 

Kundalini Yoga Studio & Art Gallery – Minor site plan review for a change of use for Lot J-50 on 51 Main Street in the Commercial District.
