Applicant is proposing a 2-lot subdivision with duplex residential units.

·        Site Plan Review and Sign Application – Craig Checani Lot F-017 40 Intervale Road. 

Applicant is proposing a change of use to an office.

·        Site Plan Review  - Good News Bible Church Lot F-012– 27 Hutchinson Road. 

Applicant is proposing an addition to the building and parking lot.

Applicant is proposing an addition to the existing Main Building including two (2) new

 fire lanes in the Residential & Agricultural and Wetlands Districts
