1.)        PRoposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Wilton. 

-           AMEND Districts section to clarify that when zoning text is unclear on district locations, the zoning map and meeting minutes may be used to resolve ambiguities.

-           AMEND Definitions section to Combine Uses with Buildings and Structures to define Non-Conforming and delete Non-Conforming Land Uses; and to clarify the definition of Town Zoning Map

-           AMEND portions of District Locations sections for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial, to clarify the description of certain district lines.

-           AMEND Commercial district Permitted Uses to clarify that General Residential and Agricultural uses must conform to all the provisions of that district except lot dimensions.

-           AMEND Gravel district Requirements and Performance Standards to add a references to additional excavation standards in the Wellhead Protection Area.

-           AMEND the Floodplain ordinance with a mandatory update to remain eligible for assistance, comply with state and federal requirements, and Flood Map (FIRM) updates.

-           AMEND Aquifer Protection district to include the boundaries of the Wellhead Protection Area in the District Location, as defined in a previous study, and add applicable Prohibited Uses and Performance Standards.

-           AMEND Watershed district Lot Requirements to add a section on Permitted Changes within the Setback Area.

-                     END Non-Conforming Uses and Buildings section to include structures and clarify limitations on continuation, changes, rebuilding, reestablishment, and expansion.

2.)                Technical Revision of Page 2 – WESTVIEW FARMS LLC Subdivision Lots B-20, B-70, B-70-1
