NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD will meet
on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall Courtroom.
The following new applications will appear on this meeting’s agenda:
SUBDIVISION – E.J. Abbot Trust – Lot K-105 on Pine Valley and
Maple Streets in the Agricultural and Aquifer Protection District.
Applicant is proposing to subdivide said lot into three (3) residential
lots.
SUBDIVISION – Martha J. Greene – Lot B-056 on Curtis Farm Road in the Residential/Agricultural District. Applicant is proposing to subdivide said lot into three (3) single family residential lots.
