Applicant is proposing a change of use to an Office.

27 Hutchinson Road in the Industrial, Acquifer and Wetlands Districts.
Applicant is proposing an addition to the building and parking lot.
Joseph M. Wichert – Subdivision application for Lot C-021-01
252 Marden Road in the Residential/Agricultural District.
Applicant is proposing to convert the existing 2-unit duplex into
a 2 unit condominium.
Provost 1993 Trust – Subdivision application for Lot B-014
Cram Hill Road in the Residential/Agricultural and Wetlands Districts.
Applicant is proposing a 19-lot subdivision and new public road.
This serves as notice for application acceptance and approval consideration, and for continuation of any of these cases to a date certain, as necessary. Copies of the applications are on file at Wilton Town Hall during normal business hours.
