PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WITH LAND AFFECTED BY MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with RSA 676:4, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Court Room) to consider the following proposed development(s) determined by the Wilton Planning Board to be affected by municipal boundaries in accordance with RSA 674:53.

 

The Wilton Planning Board respectfully requests, in accordance with RSA 674:53, II; any information or regulations that would preclude or affect the approval of this proposed subdivision.  Under paragraph VI, the applicant has requested joint meetings.  You are invited to meet jointly at the place and time detailed above.  Notice in accordance with RSA 676:4 may be required by your Board.  A copy of the proposed plan is available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s office in the Wilton Town Hall during normal business hours.  A summary of the proposed development(s) are as follows:

 

Land Affected by Municipal Boundaries: Lyndeborough

 

Provost Property: Lyndeborough Tax Map 238, Lot 19 / Wilton Tax Map B, Lot 14

 

A proposed 19 lot subdivision including a loop road and associated drainage located primarily in Wilton with intersections located in Lyndeborough at 2 points on Cram Hill Road.  There are 13 residential building lots proposed in Wilton and 6 residential building lots divided by the municipal border.  All dwellings are to be located in Wilton.
