PLEASE TAKE NOTE that in accordance with RSA 672:3, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 7;30 p.m. in the Town Hall Courtroom to consider the following proposed development(s) determined by the Wilton Planning Board to be of regional impact in accordance with RSA 36:54 to 58.  A copy of the proposed plan and minutes are provided with this notice and area available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s office in the Wilton town Hall during normal business hours.

Regional Impact: Lyndeborough and Milford

Perham Woods (Formerly known as Westview Farms) located on Tax Map B, Lot 20.  The applicant/owner of record is Westview Farms, LLC

A proposed 29 unit cluster subdivision located on 61+ acres with 44 acres dedicated to open space.  The project will take access from Dale Street near the Lyndeborough Town line.  A traffic and wildlife study have been submitted and copies are available for review as stated above.
