HILLSIDE OF WILTON SITE WALK

PRESENT: Wilton Planning Board Members: Chairman Jeff Kandt and Brian Sullivan.

Conservation Commission Members: William G. Mahar and W Bart Hunter.

Abutter: Ken Stickney (Lot B-042)

The group started at approximately 8:10 a.m. from approximately where the plan shows the proposed driveway for lot D-084-05 leaving the proposed road. We proceeded north along the existing "Old Stage Road" toward Mr. Stickney's lot, noting flagged wetlands as we crossed them and emerged onto Curtis Farm Road. We walked down Pead Hill Road noting the culverts installed by the town where the new haul road meets Pead Hill Road, proceeded up the haul road noting the culvert at the wetland crossing and the flagged proposed location of detention pond #1. We proceeded up to and across the top of the field where the applicant pointed out the proposed locations of the four most northern houses. The applicant discussed his intention not to fence the field and to include field maintenance in homeowners' association documents.

We then walked toward Hillside Road noting the well houses, noted the "Ex Woods Road" shown on the plan and the proposed locations of the two other houses and driveways. We walked the Hillside Road frontage and then followed the Southern lot boundary to "Old Stage Road" which we followed back to our initial meeting place noting the proposed locations of detention ponds #2 and 3.

The site walk ended at approximately 10:15.
