CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL IMPACT AND LANDS AFFECTED BY MUNICIPAL BORDERS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with RSA 672:3, the Wilton Planning Board and the Lyndeborough Planning Board will continue a Public Hearing in a joint meeting on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. in Citizens Hall Meeting Room, 9 Citizens Hall Road in Lyndeborough; to consider the following proposed development determined by the Wilton Planning Board and the Lyndeborough Planning Board to be of regional impact in accordance with RSA 36:54 to 58 and affected by municipal boundaries in accordance with RSA 674:53. A single agenda item is as follows:

 

Regional Impact: Wilton, Lyndeborough and Milford

 

Provost Property: Lyndeborough Tax Map 238, Lot 19 / Wilton Tax Map B, Lot 14

 

Continuation of a application acceptance and approval consideration for a proposed 14 lot subdivision including two (2) separate cul-de-sac roadways and associated drainage located primarily in Wilton with intersections located in Lyndeborough at 2 points on Cram Hill Road. There are 7 residential building lots proposed in Wilton and 7 residential building lots divided by the municipal border.  All dwellings are to be located in Wilton.
