NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with RSA 676:4, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Court Room) at 42 Main Street, Wilton, NH to consider the following:

1. An application by owners Richard and Rebecca Schwab and Peter and Margaret Bluhm for a lot line adjustment between Tax Map F Lot 149-01-002 on Rideout Road, Tax Map F Lot 149-01-001 on Rideout Road and Tax Map F Lot 150 on Dwight Road. The applicants are requesting approval to add 7.340 acres to Tax Map F Lot 150 and 8.073 acres to Tax Map F Lot 149-01-001. This acreage currently exists as Tax Map F Lot 149-01-002.

If the aforementioned applications are accepted, notice is hereby extended to application approval consideration and/or continuation(s) to a date certain, as required. A copy of the application submissions for the aforementioned cases are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Wilton Town Hall, 42 Main Street, during regular business hours.
