WILTON PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with RSA 676:4, the Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (Court Room) at 42 Main Street, Wilton, NH to consider the following:

 

1.        An application submitted by owners Don R. Taylor and Dorothy Taylor for a lot line adjustment between Tax Map A Lot 56-06 and Tax Map C Lot 32 on Duggan Road and Bennington Battle Trail. The applicant is proposing that Tax Map A Lot 58-06 be reduced to 28.489 acres and Tax Map C Lot 32 be increased to 37.634 acres.

2.        A site plan review submitted by Lisa Ann Edenfield to modify the site plan approved by the Wilton Planning Board on 11/28/07 for a Home Daycare Occupation. The applicant is asking to increase the number of children allowed from nine children to twelve children. 

3.        An application submitted by the Wilton Main Street Association to erect a freestanding temporary sign, 3.4’ in length and 4.25’ in width, on Tax Map J Lot 48 on Main Street.

4.        An application submitted by the Wilton Main Street Association to erect an affixed sign, 1.5’ in length and 2’ in width, on Tax Map J Lot 48 on Main Street.

5.        An excavation renewal permit by applicant Quinn Bros. Corp. to renew permit number 2-16-EX-1-00 for Tax Map B Lot 05 off of Forest Road.

6.        An excavation renewal permit by owner New Spartan Properties to renew permit number E22303132-04 for Tax Map E Lots 22, 30, 31, and 32.

 

If the aforementioned applications are accepted, notice is hereby extended to application approval consideration and/or continuation(s) to a date certain, as required.  A copy of the application submissions for the aforementioned cases are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Wilton Town Hall, 42 Main Street, during regular business hours.
