The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Steve McDonough.

Discussion around sprinklers and handicapped ramps ensued. Still some unknowns with regards to both.

Parking and possibilities of Draper building were discussed next. Steve McDonough will discuss the Draper building at the next Selectmen’s meeting.

Restrictions on the church were the next topic provided the Town opted not to accept. In this regard, the property becoming taxable was discussed.

The November 1^st meeting is open to the public. The objective is to answer questions of townspeople and general public. Also to see how many people are interested in serving on a formal Community Center Committee. Sign-up sheets will be available as well as a “vision presentation” by members of this committee.

Roger and Steve discussed refreshments to be served at the November 1^st meeting.

Also, we will request the presence of the Building Inspector, Fire Chief and Chairman of the Board of Selectmen.
