Place:               Selectmen’s Office

Present:            Nicole Colvin-Griffin, Committee Chairperson, Steven McDonough, Dawn Tuomala, Allison Meltzer, Trent McDonald, and Donna Crane

 

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.

 

The meeting consisted of the following:

 

·        Worked on projected budget for building

·        Created a time-line for tasks for completion before budget committee meeting and town meeting

·        Discussed grant possibilities for church building

·        Began work on budget packet-phasing costs

·        Spoke about mass mailing – soliciting pledges for building

·        Planned community supper this Saturday, December 10th.

 

The meeting was adjourned.
