Present: Selectmen Stuart DraperChair., Jerry Greene and Robert MacFarland
 And Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

1) Three students attended the meeting for a class project.  Selectman Draper gave the students a brief overview of what the Board of Selectmen actually do.
2) The bills and the payroll for the week ending January 3, 2004 were reviewed and approved.
3) The minutes of the previous meeting were read and signed
4) The correspondence and informational material was reviewed.
5) One Yield Tax assessment was made and signed.
6) The number of town reports that should be ordered.  No decision was made because the Board wants to know how many were left over from last year.
7) The meeting was adjourned on a motion at 7:35.
