TOWN OF WILTON
SELECTMEN’S MINUTES

 


Date:  December 27, 2004
Time:  7:00 pm
Place:  Town Office
Present: Selectmen Jerry Greene, Chair, Robert MacFarland and Daniel Donovan, III
  And Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

1) Maurice Guay attended the meeting to discuss the brush burning issue.  The Board instructed Maurice to continue burning small brush piles until the chipper is purchased.  The Board also asked Maurice to give them a copy of the way people are charged for landfill at the Recycling Center.
2) The Board reviewed and signed a contract between the Town of Wilton and Nashua Regional Planning Commission.  Chairman Greene informed the Board that he had met with Matt Fish and Steve Wagner of NRPC to discuss the scope of services and how the town and individual applicants to the Planning Board will be charged.
3) The Conservation Easement on Hubert Hoover’s land to the Town of Wilton was reviewed and an acceptance form was signed.
4) The Putnam Hill Petition was discussed and Mr. Greene suggested that more  research be done for the Board.  The Board will look for help from others involved during the time of the subdivision.
5) The bills and payroll for the week ending December 25, 2004 were reviewed and approved.
6) The correspondence and information material was reviewed.
The meeting was adjourned on a motion at 8:00 pm.
