Present: Selectmen Stuart Draper, Chair., Jerry Greene and Robert MacFarland
  And Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

1) The bills and payroll for the week ending March 6, 2004, were reviewed and approved.
2) The correspondence and informational material was reviewed.
3) One abatement request was signed and one Veteran’s Exemption application was reviewed and approved.
4) Steve Moheban attended the meeting to discuss the impact fee that will result form his subdivision on Isaac Frye Highway.  Discussion ensued as to what the impact of his 15 lot subdivision will have on the road and as to what the cost of the road project will be.  Several different figures were discussed but after a lengthy discussion, it was agreed that this was only a preliminary discussion and that the actual fee would be agreed upon at a later date.  Representatives from the Planning Board will be asked to attend the next meeting to discuss their views of the subdivision impact.
5) The Board agreed upon a Current Use penalty to be assessed on land owned by Chuck Crawford to be used for a cell tower.

The meeting was adjourned on a motion at 8:35.
