Present: Selectmen Jerry Greene, Chair, Robert MacFarland and Daniel Donovan, III
  And Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

1) Steve Elliott attended the meeting to inform the Board that the transmission in the 84 GMC truck had gone and did they want to replace it.  A discussion ensued as to the use and need of this truck and it was agreed that it is necessary truck and that it should be replaced.
2) Don Wheeler’s Construction Co.’s last invoice was reviewed.  He is asking for the extras that were put in at Carnival Hill be paid.  The Board agreed to pay the $2680 for the extras but not the remainder of the invoice.
