Present: Selectmen Robert MacFarland and Daniel Donovan, III
  and Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

1) The bills and payroll for the week ending January 29, 2005 were reviewed and approved.
2) The correspondence and informational material was reviewed.
3) Two tax refund requests were approved and signed.
4) The Board reviewed a letter submitted by Building Inspector, William Condra, in response to a letter from concerned resident about a business being run from a private home.  Selectman Donovan still has questions and asked that Mr. Condra attend the next meeting to discuss the issue further.
5) A contract with CleanHarbor for hazardous waste day was signed.
6) The meeting was adjourned on a motion, with all in favor.
