1) Mr. Loverme of Holt Road attended the meeting and informed the Board
that he doesn’t feel that the issue of the water that comes on his property
was addressed. He stated that the issue was discussed last year and
nothing has changed. The Board told him that they would have the
Road Agent look at the area in question and that they will have an answer
for him next week.
2) Budget Committee Members, Cary Hughes and Mark Whitehill, attended
the meeting to discuss the funding for the ambulance. After a discussion
of the sentiment of the Town Meeting and reports that the Budget Committee
had requested, it was agreed that a payment of $10,000 will be made now.
It was decided to continue funding when quarterly Balance Sheet and Profit
and Loss Statements are submitted to the Budget Committee.
3) Mr. Greene informed the Board that Bill Condra had requested permission
to move the Building Inspector Office over to the old police station.
It was agreed that he could. The office will be cleaned up and remodeling
will take place at a later date.
4) The Board asked that Steve be asked to repair the railing above
the park next to the town office and have the area raked.

1. One Lien Release
2. Two Current Use Applications that were reviewed and approved
By the Town Assessor
