Place:  Town Office
Present: Selectmen Jerry Greene, Daniel Donovan, III and David Glines
  And Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

1) Maurice Guay attended the meeting to inform the Board that repairs are necessary to the incinerator.  He told the Board that he wasn’t quite sure what the final cost would be but that the repairs were necessary.  The Board agreed and his budget had money for these repairs.
2) Spencer Brooks and Lynn Draper from the Conservation Commission attended the meeting.  They discussed the proposed purchase of land by the Wilton/Lyndeborough High School.  A discussion ensued as to the type of land, what is land that could be built on and what the land might be used for.  The Board expressed their reservation as to the price of the land and the responsibility of the School Board to show that they could use the land for.  It was agreed that there should be a valid need for more land.
3) Spencer informed the Board of projects the Conservation Commission is working on.  He is working with the State Fish and Game Department to get a grant to do some work at the Frog Pond and working with a Boy Scout to erect a permanent picnic table at the Frog Pond.  Discussion continues concerning cutting some evergreens on Route 31 and reducing the amount of salt by the State to ensure the safety of the town wells in that area.
4) Daniel Wohlegemuth attended the meeting to discuss his Current Use Penalty.  He told the Board why he felt the penalty assessed was to high.  Discussion ensued and the Board informed him that they would discuss the issue with the Town Assessor and get back to him.
