Present: Selectmen Daniel Donovan, III and David Glines and Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

1) Steve Elliott attended the meeting to inform the Board that he is going to meet with a representative of the Peerless Boiler Company on Tuesday afternoon to inspect the boiler installed by Bragdon Plumbing.  The objective of the inspection is verify that the boiler is installed correctly.  He will report back to the Board with the inspection results and then a decision will be made as to how to proceed with the repairs to the heating system in the town hall.

2) Selectman Donovan asked that letters be sent to the Emergency Service Committee members  informing them that the next meeting will be on December 15th.  Richard Lambert and Paul Goldberg from the ProCon Construction Company will be at the meeting to discuss management, design and buildings.

3) The Board reviewed and signed two Yield Tax Assessments and Warrant and several Land Use Change Tax forms.

4) The bills and payroll for the week ending November 12th were reviewed and approved.

5) Correspondence and informational material was reviewed.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 on a motion, with all in favor.
