Present: Selectmen Daniel Donovan, III Chair and David Glines and Recording Secretary

1) The bills and payroll were reviewed and approved.

2) Correspondence and informational material was reviewed.

3) One Notice for Intent to Excavate was approved and signed.

4) Chairman Donovan signed a letter to the Davidson trust agreeing to a Current Use Penalty assessment.  They approved invoices and a the Warrant reflecting the assessment of the penalty.

The meeting was adjourned on a motion at 7:15 pm.
