Present: Selectmen Daniel Donovan, III and Richard Rockwood and Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

1) Stanley Young attended the meeting to give the Board a copy of the contract for the drainage work around the Library. Discussion ensued as to the specifics areas that will be worked on.  The project will be started in November but will not be finished until next summer.

2) The issue of Four Corners Farm was addressed and it was agreed that a letter would be issued by the Board and the Heritage Commission asking the owner to come to a meeting to discuss the issue.

3) Mr. Rockwood informed Mr. Donovan of the status of the budget preparation for MACC Base.

4) One Elderly tax credit application was reviewed and approved.

5) The Hoover Conservation Easement was signed by the Board.

6) The bills and payroll for the week ending October 14, 2006 were reviewed and signed.

7) Correspondence and informational material was reviewed.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 on a motion with all in favor.
