PRESENT: Selectmen Richard Rockwood, Daniel Donovan, III and William Condra and Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

Chairman Rockwood called a special meeting of the Board of Selectmen to discuss the contract for Member towns with the Recycling Center.  It was realized that the contracts had expired January 31, 2009.
Each member town was called and a special meeting was set up for Sunday, February 8, 2009, at 3:00 pm to discuss the contract.

The agenda will also reflect a review of the year end reports and the amount each town will pay for the Year 2009.  The Board will discuss with the other towns options that could reduce their payments.  The Board realizes that time is very important for member towns to have the amount because they too are completing the budget process.

Peggy will prepare spreadsheets showing different options for calculation of payments.

The meeting was adjourned on a motion at 6:15 pm.
