Present: Selectmen Richard Rockwood and William Condra and Recording Secretary Peggy Arn

1) The bills and payroll for the week ending February 21, 2009 were reviewed and approved.
2) The correspondence an informational material was reviewed.  Chairman Rockwood asked that a couple of items be forwarded to the Town Attorney for review.
3) At 6:50 pm, Chairman Rockwood made a motion to adjourn the meeting and call a non public session per RSA 91-A:3,II©, Matters Affecting Reputation, for a Welfare recipient.  Motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
4) At 7:30 pm , Chairman Rockwood called the regular Selectman’s meeting to order.
5) Selectman Condra made a motion to grant a welfare recipient’s request for rental assistance with the agreement that he would repay the town and a payment schedule would be set up.  Selectman Rockwood seconded the motion, which passed with all in favor.
6) Discussion ensued as to the contract with the member towns of the Recycling Center.  Peggy will contact Attorney Little to ask his opinion of the term and wording of the contract.

The meeting was adjourned on a motion, with all in favor at 8:00 pm.
